What are your shipping options and delivery times within the UK?

We offer Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) which is free on orders over £30, and Next Day Delivery for orders placed before 1pm Monday through Friday.

What is your return policy for opened products?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, even if it has been opened.

How can I track my order once it has been dispatched?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link from our courier partners, DPD or Royal Mail.

Are Dermalogica products cruelty-free and vegan?
